Dubai Chocolate has an exquisite texture and rich flavour profile, and it is more than just a chocolate bar. It's a delightful experience: a crisp, delicate crunch that gives way to a smooth, nutty inside, all wrapped up in really good chocolate. And thankfully, it’s entirely achievable for the home chef.
Here’s how you can create your own luxurious Dubai Chocolate, with a little help from your trusted Vinod Cookware companions.
Ingredients: 200g high-quality chocolate (milk, dark, or a blend, depending on preference), 100g kataifi pastry (shredded phyllo dough), a pinch of sea salt, 150g pistachio cream or unsalted pistachio butter, 2 tablespoons tahini, and 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.

Prepare the Kataifi: Begin by gently shredding the kataifi pastry if it’s not already in fine strands. In your Vinod Platinum Triply Stainless Steel Frypan, melt the unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Add the shredded kataifi and toast it. Stir continuously with a spatula until it turns golden brown. Once toasted, transfer it to a bowl and let it cool completely.

Prepare the Pistachio Filling: In a separate bowl, combine the pistachio cream (or butter) with the tahini. Add the cooled, toasted kataifi and mix thoroughly until the kataifi is fully coated.
