You'll not be able to modify the shipping address after you place an order. However, if you have entered the wrong address, you may want to cancel the order (before shipping has been done) and re-order the same.

The order status is updated automatically in My Account >> My Orders section on the website. You can log in to your account to check the status of your order anytime or you can email us at customercare@vinodcookware.uk if you have any specific queries regarding your order.
Visit our website vinodcookware.uk & click on the product you want to buy. On the Product Details Page, enter your area postcode in the Check Postcode Availability field & click on Check. You will get a message on the screen if your area Postcode is serviceable or not.

Shipping charges are £5.00 for orders below £50.00.
Returns are accepted only in case of Manufacturing Defects, Shipping Damages or Wrong Product Receipt. Returns are usually processed within 7 days. For more details email us at customercare@vinodcookware.uk
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
We request you to check your email and SMS for any communication regarding delivery timings from our side. We usually send a notification if there is a delay in the delivery of your order. If in case you can't find any notification from us and the promised time is over, please write to us customercare@vinodcookware.uk and we will provide you with a solution.
Credit/Debit Cards will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. However, If your card issuer fails to authorise payments to us, we will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery and we will be unable to formalise a contract with you.
After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order.
Failed transactions are normally rolled back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. B. If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we will initiate a refund within 5 business days of your request.
