To ensure uniform and faster cooking an inner layer of food safe AISI 304 grade stainless steel sandwiches a layer of high quality virgin aluminium. The base is a layer of AISI 430 grade magnetic stainless steel makes the cookware induction compatible.

The Roma comes with handles that are designed, providing maximum durability and comfort. The addional glass lid with a steam vent facilitates faster cooking and easy monitoring during the cooking process. It is compatible across all heating platforms like gas, induction, ceramic, infrared and hotplate.
