To ensure uniform and faster cooking this saucepot comes with a SAS bottom; an inner layer of food safe AISI 304 grade stainless steel sandwhiching a layer of high quality virgin aluminium. With a AISI 430 grade magnetic stainless steel base that makes the cookware induction compatible.
This Saucepot is perfect for cooking stews, soups and pastas, as well as simmering, boiling and making sauces.
